We hold the authorisations required by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) under the Electronic Communications Act 36 of 2005, we subscribe to the Code of Conduct administered by the Broadcasting Complaints Commission of South Africa (BCCSA), and we classify content in line with Film and Publication Board (FPB) requirements under the Films and Publications Act 65 of 1996. Advertising placed on our behalf follows the Code of Advertising Practice of the Advertising Regulatory Board.
